The name Triven comes from the combination of two elements that permeate our mission: the concept of “be driven”, reflected in our startup-driven and data-driven approach, and the word “Thrive”, representing our goal to support companies, founders and investors achieve their goals.
Helping founders to execute the future
The company was founded by Fernando Trota and Rodolfo Pinotti. It all started when Fernando founded Espiral Partners in 2015, pioneering in CFO as a Service in Brazil. In 2018, as CFO of Magnetis, Fernando met Rodolfo, an entrepreneur who at the time was head of Latin American operations of 500 Startups, an investor of Magnetis. It didn’t took long for both to envision a future where Finance, Venture and Tech come together to create a more successful innovation ecosystem.
Since 2019, new partners have joined the company, creating a diverse, united and high-performing team deeply engaged in our mission: helping founders to execute the future.

Fernando is co-founder and the CEO of Triven, leading the initiatives of ‘CFO as a Service’, which comprises Financial Management, Best Practices and Management focused on startups.
He is heading and already has worked at startups such as Blu365, Santuu, Husky, Simbiose Social and Magnetis.
Prior to Triven, Fernando worked at HSBC and Construtora Souza Lima, among other relevant companies, specializing in Cash Management, Operations and Financial Management.
Fernando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Mackenzie University (São Paulo, Brazil); an MBA in Finances from IBMEC (São Paulo, Brazil) and an MBA in Executive Coaching from SLAC (Latin-American Coaching Society) and ICPA (Institute of Coaching Professional Association) – a Harvard Medical School Affiliate.
He is heading and already has worked at startups such as Blu365, Santuu, Husky, Simbiose Social and Magnetis.

She has extensive knowledge in FP&A, Banking, Corporate Finance, Startups and SaaS, Costs, Budgeting and Forecast, Financial Modeling, Strategic Planning, Investor Relations and Project Management.
Josanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Robert H. Smith School of Business (University of Maryland, USA); an MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo, Brazil); an MBA in Finance from IBMEC and an MBA in Tax Law from Universidade Positivo (São Paulo, Brazil), in addition to being a Master Practitioner in NLP.

With more than 20 years of experience in the area of Human Resources in large national companies in the financial segment, with extensive experience in conducting change management and coaching processes for teams, leading organizational development projects, managing engagement with culture , internal marketing, recruitment and selection, climate management, corporate university and digital transformation.
Graduated in Psychology from UNIP, with an MBA in Business Management from FGV, postgraduate degree in People Management from Mackenzie, certification in Integrated Coaching from ICI (Integrated Coaching Institute) and Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming from the Brazilian Society of Neurolinguistic Programming.

Specialized in Financial Management, Innovation and M&A of tech companies, Diogo has worked in the retail and services segments with an emphasis on technology; he was also chairman of the board of directors of some startups.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC, Brazil); an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Sao Paulo (USP, Brazil) and a Graduate certificate in M&A from Insper (São Paulo, Brazil) and Corporative Finance from Dom Cabral (São Paulo, Brazil).

In the financial market, he worked in leadership positions for 15 years in the Corporate Banking area and for ten years in Vendor Finance. He was CFO of Engeko Engenharia, a company operating in the industrial works segment. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from FEI, has a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Corporate Finance, both from FGV.

With more than 14 years of experience in Controllership, Finance, Accounting and Human Resources, in national and multinational companies, he worked in the outsourcing, agribusiness, chemical and food industry sectors, in companies such as Minerva Foods, H.B. Fuller and Adimax. In the services sector, he was in charge of servicing large accounts such as Grupo SMZTO. He has advanced knowledge in tax restructuring, due diligence, financial modeling, budget and forecast and implementation of management systems.
She has a degree in Accounting, with an MBA in Tax Planning from ESAMC.
With more than 14 years of experience in Controllership, Finance, Accounting and Human Resources, in national and multinational companies, he worked in the outsourcing, agribusiness, chemical and food industry sectors, in companies such as Minerva Foods, H.B. Fuller and Adimax. In the services sector, he was in charge of servicing large accounts such as Grupo SMZTO. He has advanced knowledge in tax restructuring, due diligence, financial modeling, budget and forecast and implementation of management systems.
She has a degree in Accounting, with an MBA in Tax Planning from ESAMC.
