How does CFaaS model work? Is it 100% remote?

Yes! We support clients from different regions of Brazil and worldwide.
Our routines, work methodology, rituals, and communication channels make our working model very efficient, allowing us to perform totally remotely.
We are running fully adapted to a remote way of working, but we can arrange presential interactions to strengthen our relationship.

How is the relationship with Squad that supports my company?

Our operating model is based on a “symbiotic” relationship with our clients as far as we assume a posture of being part of the team indeed, assuming their identity, and adopting a narrative of total synergy (always using “us” instead of “you” ). Our rituals and meetings are seen as big opportunities to manage the deliverables and create bonds.

How does time tracking work?

During the proposal phase, we run a very detailed assessment process, involving a careful study of activities to design the correct scope and the suitable amount of hours. This process runs in order to build the correct monthly fee.
During the operation, the management of the time consumption is made by our team, through a timesheet tool and we send our clients a monthly report showing monthly consumption versus the hired scope.

How available the CEO needs to be in order to support Triven's work?

One of the Triven main value propositions is the optimization of the CEO/Founder’s time, but we believe that the client interactions with us are important for us to deliver the proposed value.
We also believe that it is very important that the founder needs to be the project sponsor and needs to invest time in the relationship. We need interactions through a particular communication tool, and it is also important the allocation a few hours during the month so that we can give the necessary pace to the operation: about 30 minutes a week, and at least 2 more hours a month would be enough.

Will Triven dedicate specific days or periods in the week to the interactions (messages, emails) or the execution of all the tasks and initiatives?

We answer emails and messages through the channels every day and all the time, always considering the service level agreement based on a sense of priority and urgency of each subject. Our philosophy is to plan and organize all the tasks on weekly and daily sprints.
We adopt the best practices of Agile methodologies in order to define all the deliverables and priorities of each sprint during the recurring meetings.
From this point, we plan the execution and allocation of each client’s tasks throughout the week, always keeping in mind the management of expectations.
In summary: despite our part-time model, we are always available and we balance our time in order to conciliate the response times agreed with all customers.
